The wicked and the wonderful: Negotiating alliance ruptures as a critical change process
We are thrilled to welcome our 2024 keynote speaker, J. Christopher Muran. Dr. Muran is a leading researcher on rupture and repair in the therapeutic alliance. He has published extensively on these and other change processes in psychotherapy, training, and supervision.
Dr. Muran's publications include The Therapeutic Alliance: An Evidence-based Guide to Practice (author), Dialogues on Difference: Studies of Diversity in the Therapeutic Relationship (co-editor), Rupture and Repair in Psychotherapy: A Critical Process for
